Macfarlanes advises Link Fund Solutions in connection with the sale of its business to the Waystone Group
Macfarlanes has advised Link Fund Solutions on the funds aspects of entering into a definitive agreement to sell the business and certain assets of its independent UK authorised fund management business to the Waystone Group.
The Macfarlanes team was led by investment management partner Lora Froud with assistance from senior counsel Alexandra Cochrane and associate Harry Middleton. Financial services regulatory advice was provided by partner Alexandra Green.
