Macfarlanes advises PMG on acquisition of RocketMill

Macfarlanes has advised PMG on its acquisition of RocketMill, a leading independent, full service digital marketing agency.

The acquisition marks PMG’s first European acquisition, accelerating their growth in the European market. PMG is a global independent digital company, and the acquisition of RocketMill brings PMG to approximately 900 employees worldwide.

Founded in 2009, RocketMill is one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent full-service digital agencies that brings a wealth of knowledge and an integrated approach to marketing performance through media, creative, customer experience, data, and technology.
