Consumer Duty: putting your plan into action

With the 31 October deadline for approving implementation plans now past, firms should now be turning their attention firmly to the substance of what needs to happen to meet the 31 July 2023 deadline for Consumer Duty implementation (plus the 30 April 2023 deadline for manufacturers).
