Application of corporate interest restriction and anti-hybrid rules to UK and Luxembourg AHCs (gated)
In this session, on 7 February 2023, Damien Crossley, Alex Ereira and Joe Robinson gave a presentation on the application of the corporate interest restriction and anti-hybrid rules in relation to UK and Luxembourg AHCs.
An overview of the rules in each jurisdiction was provided along with some real life examples and suggestions on how to manage the points of complexity and uncertainty that the rules create.
