Elliot has experience leading a variety of residential real estate transactions to include acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and refinances and acting for investors, first time home buyers, lenders, high net worth individuals and family offices.

Elliot’s work includes acting on transaction involving prime and super prime Central London property as well as acting on acquisitions and disposals of country estates.

Most recently Elliot’s transactional work has been focused on acquisitions, sales and financing of prime and super prime residential property often in tight time frames. Client’s range from those buying their first homes to very high net-worth individuals buying or financing second homes in Central London. His experience includes work involving the landed estates in Central London. He also has experience acting on management of residential flats to include advising on licences to assign and underlet and licences to alter to allow buyers to carry out works to their flats.

Elliot has also acted on a number of off-plan new build purchases including on the acquisition of various penthouses at one of the biggest new build developments in PCL.

On the developer side he has acted for developers setting up and running off-plan sales of high-value flats in London. Other developer work includes putting in place headleases, for residential parts of mixed-use buildings and granting of airspace leases. He has also advised on intragroup transfer of residential property with values in excess of £40,000,000.

Elliot is also able to advise on rights of first refusal legislation, and legislation governing ground rents and service charges.
