Jack advises international and UK-based clients in relation to high-value residential and country property, including new build and heritage properties.

Jack has advised on both the purchase and disposal of several high-value freehold and leasehold properties in prime central London, including off-market transactions completed to extremely tight deadlines.  

His transactional experience also includes landlord and tenant matters such as restructuring or terminating complex tenancies and other occupational arrangements to facilitate a sale or purchase, including arrangements relating to staff accommodation. Jack also has experience of rural property matters, including the transfer of Countryside Stewardship Schemes, advising on sporting rights and matters relating to riparian (water feature) ownership in the context of landed estates and country houses.
