Andrew advises individuals, families and trustees both in the UK and overseas on a variety of UK estate planning, trust law and taxation issues.
He advises on a range of issues facing internationally-mobile clients, including UK tax residence, investment structuring and estate planning.
Much of Andrew’s work has an international element, including cross-border succession planning (with a particular focus on families from Sharia law jurisdictions) and planning for entrepreneurs and other high-net-worth individuals taking up residence in the UK.
