Stephanie Parker Head of Trusts and Personal Tax

Stephanie heads up Macfarlanes’ team of trust and personal tax managers and administrators. The team manages the firm’s portfolio of trustee clients and provides a highly bespoke personal tax compliance service for individuals with complex affairs.

Stephanie is a Chartered Accountant and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), with 30 years’ experience in trust management and personal tax. Prior to joining Macfarlanes, she worked in leading London accountancy firms advising high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs.

Stephanie has particular expertise in offshore wealth holding structures. Her knowledge of the technical tax aspects combined with her accountancy background mean that she can support clients, including professional trustees, with complex tax situations to report accurately and fully to HMRC, minimising any risk of challenge.

Her personal tax clients include high-level executives, business owners, wealthy families and landowners, usually with an international aspect to their affairs. 

Stephanie is chair of the Kent branch of STEP and regularly meets with fellow STEP professionals from around the world as well as organising technical and networking meetings locally.
