Xian advises corporate borrowers and issuers, as well as sponsors, banks, insurers and other financial institutions, on a wide range of financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

Xian advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on investment grade and leveraged financings, and corporate borrowers on a variety of treasury finance transactions including US private placements, asset-based lending and hedging arrangements. She has broad experience advising purchasers, sellers and lenders on acquisition finance transactions across a range of jurisdictions and sectors.

She also advises corporate and financial institutions on debt capital market issuances and liability management exercises, and has experience acting for financial institutions on highly structured transactions including risk transfer and regulatory capital arrangements.
