Macfarlanes advises August Equity on its investment in Anderson Anderson & Brown

The business which is headquartered in Scotland supports a range of SME and enterprise clients, with a strong exposure to the energy, technology, business services, public and not for profit, food and drink, and property and construction sectors.

The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Simon Perry, alongside senior solicitor Nicholas Page and solicitors Brodie Thomson and Basra Marjan.
