Macfarlanes advises Legal & General Investment Management on sale of West End office investment to KGAL Investment Management

Macfarlanes has advised long-standing client LGIM Real Assets (Legal and General Investment Management) on its sale of office building 101 St Martin’s Lane in London’s West End to German asset manager KGAL Investment Management for £56m.

The prime Central London office building sits in the heart of Covent Garden and has undergone a comprehensive programme of refurbishment under LGIM Real Assets’ management.

The Macfarlanes team was led by real estate partner Dominic Cunliffe alongside senior solicitors Alicia Hickman, Rachael Ashton and solicitor Elizabeth Fielding supported by construction partner Angus Dawson and tax solicitor Tom Barr.
