Philip acts on a wide range of construction related disputes, with experience in energy, infrastructure (PFI), and property sectors.

Philip has experience in multiple stages of construction disputes, from court proceedings to alternative dispute resolution procedures, including claims involving PFI structures, building safety, termination, the contractual implications of supply chain insolvency, delay and defects.

Philip has acted for a number of employer clients in the PFI sector. Most recently, Philip was part of a litigation team that secured an important judgment in favour of a project company in complex litigation proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
