Macfarlanes advises Airswift on agreement to acquire Energy Resourcing
14 August 2023Macfarlanes has advised longstanding client and global workforce solutions provider Airswift on its agreement to acquire Energy Resourcing.
On completion, the move is set to create the world’s most forward-thinking workforce solutions provider serving the energy, process, infrastructure, mining, construction and technology sectors. Airswift aims to complete the transaction by the end of August 2023.
Airswift is a global workforce services partner for clients, contractors, and candidates in the global energy, process, infrastructure, mining, and technology sectors. Energy Resourcing is a global recruitment and contractor management business.
The Macfarlanes team was led by Corporate and M&A partner Stephen Pike with assistance from senior consultant William David and associate Andrew Wheelhouse.
