Ross is an associate in the banking and finance team. He acts on a broad range of financing transactions, both domestic and international.
Ross acts for banks, sponsors, alternative lenders and borrowers across a wide range of financing areas. His broad experience includes advising clients on leveraged transactions, fund subscription lines, speciality finance, acquisition finance, real estate financing and litigation finance.
Prior to joining Macfarlanes, Ross trained and qualified at a leading law firm in Dublin, Ireland.
